Describe your best experience in a yoga class:
Wow, this is a tough one. But I'll have to go with my best experience in yoga class was probably my very first class ever, Steve's last time teaching at Soothe. It was the first time I had ever tried practising yoga and pretty much loved it immediately. I remember Steve asked if it was anyone's first time and I raised my hand. He said “wow, so lucky” and now I know why!!!
9) What is your favourite animal, and why?
Dogs in general but more specifically, Boston Terriers! I go crazy for dogs!!! Can't wait to have my own!
10) What is the most important thing you ever learned in a yoga class?
To be gentle & to feel light with my body and mind. I want both words tattooed on myself as a visual reminder.
